**Job Overview:**

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Respect and uphold resident rights and dignity

- Provide direct support to individuals with autism or other special needs

- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements

- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

- Offer caregiving services with empathy and understanding

- Provide hospice care and emotional support to residents and their families

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in medication administration and adherence to care plans

- Knowledge of ADLs and experience in assisting individuals with personal care needs

- Understanding of resident rights and the ability to advocate for those in your care

- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities

- Background in nursing or healthcare-related field is a plus

- Ability to prepare nutritious meals and accommodate dietary restrictions

- Strong caregiving skills with a focus on compassion and empathy

- Familiarity with hospice care principles and end-of-life support

- Experience in direct support services for vulnerable populations

- Ability to maintain a clean and organized living space for residents
